Maybe the dealership is honest and forthcoming, but the service center missed the point. The staff at the gate are nice, but there is no contact with mechanic. This whole new system of technicians- middle people- to process intakes etc. does not help with my truck. Diagnosis is way too expensive. 'Solution' was already found at previous garage, and it was apparent the fix was deeper than just plugs, wires, sparks. No further testing for fuel injectors or anything cylinder related. So I pay for everything to be replaced, some of which was brand new. Truck drove for a day before check-engine light comes on again- flashing. I find out, well, we will have to start diagnosis all over again. Then it begins one step at a time 100's soon 1000's of dollars later... No thank you. I want thorough in the first place. They sent me a video which was nice. More

Lack of communication and pricing , rips offs is more like it. Paid way to much not only for parts but for labor. They must do a lot of standing around. A quoted 5 hour job took 2 weeks. Still wondering just what exactly they really did do. And the service tech didn't even know what was going on and couldn't answer questions. And my service lady, clueless, let me leave with my vehicle when it was even completed. Broke down to be towed again for yet another pricy job. Just remember , will they do the job right to protect your loved one. One has to wonder . Very disappointed .Also like to tell you things need replacing that don't! More

Bought a vehicle about a month ago.
