We had a wonderful experience working with the folks at Central Maine Toyota. To highlight, before all the details, Matt Loubier was our sales rep at the beginning and worked his tail off to help my daught Central Maine Toyota. He was patient and answered every question we had while standing in the scorching heat. Once she finally decided on the vehicle she loved after a half dozen test drives, he was great about not pressuring her and even offering for her to take it home for the night to decide. Needless to say she was happy to have the extra time and she ended up purchasing the vehicle with complete confidence. To add to this already great experience, I noted the Toyota Tundra truck package I had been searching for while waiting for my daughter. Matt let me have that for the night to tryout as well. Hesitant to fall in love too much, I returned the next morning skeptical about the financing. After looking over my trade, I was able to get this amazing truck for the same payment as the one I was trading with literally no hassle! Though Matt did most of the heavy lifting, Phillip Roy and Bob McQuillan were also a huge help and easy to work with. Finally, I have to give a shout out to Kurtis Scott who took the time to walk me through my vehicle and answer a bunch more questions to help me get off on the right track. Overall, I can say what normally can't be said: I had a great time buying cars! Kudos to the entire Central Maine Toyota Team! More

Bruce made what could of been, and quite frankly should have been, an unpleasant experience an, amazing one. He gave honest reviews of vehicles not caring if it cost him a sale, and didn’t try and pressure us into a vehicle we really liked, but was just outside of our budget, he said he understood and let’s keep looking. He spent as much time with us as needed and ultimately got us into an amazing vehicle for far less than we had anticipated spending. Bruce treated us like people, got to know us a little and catered to what we needed for our family, he never made us feel like we were just a customer whom he needed to make a sale to. Hands down, Bruce is the best salesman I have personally ever dealt with and we will definitely return to Central Maine Toyota and Bruce! More

I was short on time the day I went in to test drive, so I basically took if for a quick drive, came back and I went in knowing which vehicle I wanted. I changed dealerships one my recent Toyota to Central Maine Toyota. Just made my 2nd service appointment having to wait one month before I could get an appointment. Nice vehicle. However we were charged to re-hook the hose for windshield washer fluid. Still no touch up on paint for hood as promised.
