Poor Customer Service I returned to the dealership recently after having a poor experience years ago because they had the vehicle I wanted. I am a female and question that I returned to the dealership recently after having a poor experience years ago because they had the vehicle I wanted. I am a female and question that my treatment may have been related to the fact that I did not have a male accompany me. Once a price was agreed upon, I was asked to come in and sign for an agreement that the salesperson was not able to give me the terms of. Once he was able to get me that information, we were offered an interest rate of over 10%. At that time I asked to speak to someone in the finance department. After speaking with finance, I learned that they did not present to the bank we had asked them to and they did not have the names correct on the application. Once financing was figured out, I adjusted the original time agreed on to pick up the vehicle early for the salesperson only to arrive and be told the vehicle was not ready. We signed paperwork and the salesperson left, handing us on to someone else to show us the vehicle. More
