My Experience This is the second dealership I have done business with and the service was not like I would expect from a large dealership in Maine. I expected more This is the second dealership I have done business with and the service was not like I would expect from a large dealership in Maine. I expected more from the employees and I was not contacted after my purchase about how I was doing or anything. I actually got the vehicle fixed beforehand and the vehicle is still not performing at its best. Although the business atmosphere can be focused on revenue stream, a more customer oriented experience should be enacted. Also I believe the sales representatives should be leaning towards who is purchasing the vehicle. Employees should be focused on either gender and what he or she wants. I feel as I went into the dealership and the focus was mainly on the men rather than the actual person that will be driving the vehicle. Among trade-in value, this dealership has never been valued at making the customer financially pleased in all my visits here. More
