Thirty years ago, my wife, Ellaine, and I purchased our first "Z". It was the year we married and we proudly drove home a new 280ZX 2+2. Now, on our 30th anniversary, we have purchased our second "Z". A black cherry dream machine. And in all the years between, doing business with many dealerships and their staffs throughout California, we have never met a more professional, courteous and honest group of people than those employed at your Nissan dealership. I would like to call your attention to three of them. Lenny Daoud is one of the nicest, most professional sales consultants I have had the pleasure to do business with. Chicago's loss was your gain. I will ask for Lenny on my next purchase. Lenny was most ably assisted by your sales manager, Neal Dow. Neal has a soft touch with the customer and he is the first sales manager I have ever met that I would look forward to doing business with again. Likewise, George Shimrado did an excellent job guiding us through the finance process. He was always certain to make sure we understood all of our options. I am writing this because, one, your on-line customer satisfaction survey wasn't working properly. And secondly, because it has always been my belief that good performance should always be rewarded. I recently purchased a new 09 altima from this dealerships and they really worked with me to make sure that we could work out something in my price range. I would definately ask for Reeter (n dealerships and they really worked with me to make sure that we could work out something in my price range. I would definately ask for Reeter (not mispelled) he sat with me and made sure the deal would not put me out of my price range while not being overly pushy to make the deal. Also they brought in the color I wanted from another dealer at no extra charge, while other dealers had said there would be a fee! All in all this is a good dealership and they offer a lifetime limited powertrain warranty which you cant find elsewhere. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new car. More
