I had not expected to be a walk-in without an appointment, because I was in area and had a service question. Was created with a genuine smile by the intake customer service agent who was pleasant appointment, because I was in area and had a service question. She directed me to Jeffery and he said you actually are ready for your first service since taking delivery.
