Avoid if you do not want ripped off Going there was a HUGE mistake!!! I took my car in b/c the check engine light was on and cost me over 1000 dollars and the very next day it was back Going there was a HUGE mistake!!! I took my car in b/c the check engine light was on and cost me over 1000 dollars and the very next day it was back on and I took it back only for them to tell me it would cost another 600 dollars b/c I would need a new combination switch I told them I could not afford it and the told me they could get a used part and it would be cheaper and every time I went into the dealership they hounded me to buy a new car. They told me the part would be in by the end of the month of February (and this was the manager) So now this is the middle of March I have not heard from that all. I did not trust them and took my car to a garage and THANK GOD I did b/c it was not my combination switch at all!!!!! It cost me a little over one hundred dollars to get fixed and my check engine has not been on since. I just wonder if I went there and had the switch replace and when the light would come back on what kind of problem they would have found and what it would have cost me. IF YOU LIKE TO THROW YOUR MONEY AWAY GO TO CENTURY 3 KIA!!!! More

Overpriced parts Run fast and far from getting your car fixed here. For a $100 part they charged me $500. When all was said and done I was charged a thousand dollars for a power steering pump and new line. When I asked why the pump was $500 the girl said to me "that's what were told to charge people." Big mistake kia. I'm trading this car in soon for a new one. Because of your price gouging you will not be getting my business. Should have taken the tow truck drivers advice about this place. He warned me they triple the charges on parts. Lesson learned. More

HAD ALL THE INFO ON THE SORENTO WE WERE INTERESTED IN. LADY WITH THE BIG HAT ON ASK IF SHE COULD HELP SHE COULDN'T FIND THE STOCK NUMBER OR KEYS SHE ALSO COULD NOT ANSWER ANY OF MY QUESTIONS. I HAD TO GIVE HER THE STOCK # THE REDUCED PRICE FOR THE SUV WAS $18254 LOOKED AND TEST DROVE AROUND THE LOT. DESCOVERED IT HAD A DENT ON THE HATCH. TOLD HER WANTED THE DENT FIXED AND GIVE THEM $18000 OUT THE DOOR WILLNOT GO ANY HIGHER. WENT TO SALES MANAGERAND CAME BACK WITH $23400 ASK HOW CAN IT BE SO HIGH ITS REDUCED TO $18254 SHE WANTED TO KNOW WERE WE GOT THAT INFO TOLD HER THE INTERNET. SHE SAID SHE WOULD BE RIGHT BACK.AND LET. GOT TIRED OF WAITING WENT TO THE SALES MANAGER (GREEN SHIRT) HE DOESN'T KNOW THE INTERNET PRICE YES THE SALES MANAGER DOESN'T KNOW HOW TO FIND A REDUCED PRICE ON HIS COMPUTER SO HE PONDS ME OFF TO THE INTERNET SALES MANAGER(BLUE SHIRT & HAT) KNOW HES SAID HE WILL MAKE THIS RIGHT. SO MADE THE OFFER AGAIN $18000 OUT THE DOOR WITH DENT FIXED INCLUDING $300 DOWN TOLD HIM 18000 IS ALL WE WOULD SPEND SO WENT TO LOOK AT THE DENT AGAIN . HE RUBED IT PICKED AT IT LIKE HE NEVER SEEN A DENT BEFORE AND AGREED THERE IS A DENT (THE SUV HAS BEEN ON THE LOT FOR ABOUT 3 MONTHS AND NO ONE KNONS NOTHING I'M SURE THEY NOTICED IT WHEN THEY APPRAISED IT AND DOCUMENTED IT) SO HE SAID HE WILL BE BACK IN 2 MIN. WITH AN ANSWER. 20 MIN. LATER HE SAID HE CAN DO BETTER $17500 WITH DENT FIXED OUT THE DOOR OR $17000 WITHOUT THE DENT FIXED OUT THE DOOR AGREED ON 17500 DENT FIXED OUT THE DOOR ASK HIM A NUMBER OF TIMES 17500 OUT THE DOOR WITH DENT FIXED HE AGREED. SO AFTER ANOTHER 30 MIN. WAIT GET POND OFF TO THE PAPER WORK KID. PUTS A DOC. IN FRONT OF US NAME, ADDRESS. ETC. WITH JUST $17500 ON IT AND SAID THAT IS THE AMOUNT YOU WILL NEED FROM YOUR CREDIT UNION AND TO PLEASE SIGN. WE STATED THAT WE WILL PUT $3000 DOWN AND WILL NEED A CRECK FOR $14500 HE NO YOU NEED A CRECK FOR 17500 THATS WHAT YOU NEED AFTER DEDUCTING 3000 .WE TOLD HIM THE DEAL WAS FOR 17500 OUT THE DOOR HE SAID THERE A MISUNDERSTANDING HE LEFT AND HERE COMES BLUE SHIRT NOW HE SAYING WE AGREED ON 17500 AFTER 3000 DOWN. NO WE AGREED ON 17500 OUT THE DOOR 17500 OUT THE DOOR IS EASY TO UNDERSTANDHE SAID THAT WOULD BE STUPID TO TAKE 3000 OFF SO WE WALKED LUCKLY WE QUESTION IT 1 MORE TIME BEFORE SIGNING OR THEY WOULD HAVE CHUMPED INTO PAYING 20500 THATS ABOUT $750 MORE THAN THE REDUCED PRICE OF 18254. THEY CAN CALL IT A MISUNDERSTANDING I CALL IT A SCAM. SO YOU MIGHT WANT TO LOOK AT YOUR GREAT DEAL A LITTLE CLOSER THIS IS A TRUE STORY I HAVE NO REASON TO LIE WHO WOULD YOU BELIEVE A COUPLE LOOKING FOR A CAR OR A CAR SALESMAN. Dishonest and deceitful!!! I went into dealership looking for a vehicle with awd. My salesman Sam said he had nothing in my price range. We looked at a 2015 Kia Sportage, negoti I went into dealership looking for a vehicle with awd. My salesman Sam said he had nothing in my price range. We looked at a 2015 Kia Sportage, negotiated a montly payment after numerous trips of Sam having to talk to his "sales manager"! He never discussed a price. He consistently had to talk to his sales manager. After I agreed on a payment of 329.65 for 42 months.. I signed papers and left hours later! I looked over lease when I got home, and saw that they overcharged me by 2,000 higher than the MSRP price of the vehicle!! As I signed papers , Valerie cook went over my monthly payments etc, i didn't see how bad I got raked until I got home! I called the dealership and emailed them for a week, nobody would return my calls or respond to my emails. I finally reached Paul Auffenberg, he was supposed to call me back but instead the sales manager called back. I told him that they raised the price of the vehicle by 2,000 higher that the MSRP.. He said nothing!!! There was a dead silence on the phone. Finally he said that the owner said it's a done deal!!! I think that should be illegal!!! They completely robbed me by several thousands of dollars!!! I couldn't get them to return my calls or anything else for that matter!!! When I signed papers , Valerie Cook never mentioned the price of the vehicle , she mostly talked about the monthly payment! I wouldn't reccommend this Dealership to my worst enemy!!! How many people has this been done to ??? They are scam artists!!! This is the most UNPROFESSIONAL dealership that I've ever gone too! I will never purchase another vehicle from them again! I will take my vehicle to another Kia Dealership for routine mantainence. More
I love my new 2014 Kia Sportage! Sam, my Salesman, was super helpful and patient as I chose a vehicle and helped find the perfect one with all the options that I was looking for. I’ve seen first-hand and witnessed it as well. Let me start from the beginning. When my wife and I purchased the KIA it was a new demo with 19000 miles in 2011. We noticed many small chips on the hood of the vehicle so they gave us a marker with paint to fix it ourselves, this should have been our sign to get the xxxx out of this deal, but, we liked the SUV. Next, the salesman (mucky) adamantly insisted that he gave us 2 keys and 2 keyless entry remotes, WELL he was wrong! And only after repeated calls (without a return call) and requests did they finally, shut me up (as I overheard the sales manager say on the phone) by giving me my second key. He was not aware of being on speaker. “I should have ran at this point”. Next, they promised to detail the KIA, due to staining on all seats in the vehicle. Yes, STAINS. They said the manager who was using it left the windows down in the rain. It was not water spots, more like an oily stain from somebody spilling something greasy all over. They took the KIA for a day to be professionally detailed; it came back as if nothing was done at all. The seats were a still a mess and have never looked right, we have them covered. KIA had a recall on a switch for the airbag system. The switch was apparently located in or under the seat. They refused to do the work on the basis of the seats were cleaned or as they put it “tampered with”. Not even sure that that legal. And Lastly, and most recently we had to have the KIA towed to the dealership (Century lll KIA) for a repair. It stalled and wouldn’t re-start again. They said that there was the wrong fuel in the tank and it gelled. This is complete Bull, I know it, and your dealership knows it. They outright lied about the problem and billed me $575.00 for a complete fuel system cleaning. I know what fuel was used because I put it in and drove half of the tank out before it quit running. Your mechanic claimed to test the fuel at 85 octane, they have 87 and nothing less where I always get my gas. This has ultimately cost you customers, I will not purchase another KIA nor would I recommend anyone to purchase from KIA in the future. In my opinion your dealership (Century lll KIA) is a disgrace to all of the good ones dealerships and has truly reinforced the persona of the “dirt bag, low life used car dealer” who is out to mislead anyone you can. I will publicly denounce “Century lll KIA” and NEVER purchase a vehicle from you again. Your staff at (Century lll KIA) was consistently ignorant and vulgar. This reflects the management, owners and the KIA brand alike. This letter is going to be shared with all KIA management and online reviews alike. Hopefully it will be read by a potential buyer and their minds will be changed. In closing, I do not expect to hear from anyone from KIA. I do not expect to hear from anyone from the Century lll KIA dealership or any of their customer service staff as they will undoubtedly turn their heads in ignorance and look away as they have done already.
