We get there to have a part replaced to our new X 6 and we paid. While waiting on the part to be replaced, I asked the receptionist if anyone could help us with getting a new “BMW” ultimate benefits card. we paid. While waiting on the part to be replaced, I asked the receptionist if anyone could help us with getting a new “BMW” ultimate benefits card. Everyone in suits are just standing with their hands in their pockets. And the. Receptionist tell this one guy about what we want ?! And he send me a young man, who I told him what we wanted and he went back to tell this guy that he doesn’t know about our inquiry. So I started a conversation with this guy. Hand in the pocket and chewing gum the whole time I’m talking to him. Telling me the young man he sent to me was a genius. I told him apparently not, and it’s clear he doesn’t understand what’s BMW ultimate benefits card is!!!! And he thought it’s a credit card. This xxx hole merit badge earned is Salar Sharikandi who claimed he’s the General Manager of the BMW Century West. And threatened me and my fiancée to call the cops if we don’t leave the property. I told him you’re representing BMW and this is not appropriate. And you shouldn’t send me a junior guy who he thinks is a BMW genius and apparently he doesn’t even know and acknowledged the simple fact of what’s a BMW Ultimate benefits card is ! So yelling and screaming and telling us you have to leave or I will call the cops. Such a great way to meet and greet your loyal customers and it’s the obvious in the treatment that if you’re there at the dealership not buying then screw you and we’re giving you an attitude. The V.P General Manager is Milo Rosas NOT this idiot Salar Sharikandi who claimed he’s the general manager. Hands in the pockets and chewing gum. BMW have high standards and it’s so unfortunate that you have such characters representing the brand. And telling loyal customers to get the “F” out or they will call the cops. You need to teach these guys to respect their customers and business it’s not about wearing a suit. It’s about ethics and protocol and how to present yourself that you’re presenting a brand. And don’t tell lies claiming you’re the general manager while you’re the pre- owned sales director. And you should have class and teach your employees about Etiquette & Manners - Protocols. I called the dealership and they told me that Milo Rosas is on vacation. I will file a complaint with BMW and the Better Business Bureaus. More
