My Wife and I went looking for a used Infiniti Qx56. Although they didn't have any in the lot, they had no problem showing us the newer ones. They explained to us the subtle differences. He met me at the car I had found online and spent all the time I needed to answer my questions and listened to my financial needs to be able to make the deal work for me. He was very sensitive to my situation and request to make this "as painless as possible" Throughout the process, at each challenge Sam brought in the right Cerritos Infiniti team member to find a workable solution - no pressure at any point, including giving me time to leave for lunch think about the details and consider the options. After a lunch we came back to complete the paperwork and I drove off in time for a great dinner. Sam even peeled off the parking sticker for my apartment complex making the transition really painless. I want to thank the entire team for making a really personal and difficult choice, easier to go through - the only part I would have changed would have been if you could have humored me a little more regarding the trade-in value,for sentimental reasons!!!!
