He made the whole process relaxing and easy going. Lee, eliminated the back and forth bargaining that is usually done at other dealers, and made the process quick and professional. I also encounter Trevor who assisted in the financing of the car. He explained all my options and made his process seamless. The customer service that all 3 of them exhibited was impeccable. They told me if I didn't see what I wanted they would find it for me. They worked with me on price and I know I got a great deal because I did some comparison shopping. The attention I received was outstanding and the professionalism of the staff was superb. No one is pushing you to buy a car or trying to gloss over any questions you might have or treat you like you don't have a brain in your head because you are a woman. This was a very positive experience for me in comparison to many dealerships I had visited in the past.
