Very disappointed with the experience. We knew what we wanted, previously called in with trade in etc. it’s not my first car buying experience, especially luxury cars. Not much of that happened. Kept having to go back and forth, but was stuck in some weird half finished room with no way to do paperwork etc. the financing person was no personable or nice! the jaguar I bought was not detailed as they said they were doing. Gave me half a tank of gas. No manual. Had to go back and get it, it was not a convenient location for me. Got it washed and water is leaking through the roof! I know what it expect when buying a luxury vehicle, and this was the COMPLETE opposite of what it should be. I’m very disappointed in the experience I will never buy a vehicle from them again, and I will actively tell anyone looking to for ANYWHERE else other than that dealership More

I purchased a 2023 BMW i4 from Certified Benz & Beemer in Scottsdale, Arizona. The vehicle was shipped to Illinois. When it arrived, I discovered damage that included: • Chipped/cracked windshield (replac Scottsdale, Arizona. The vehicle was shipped to Illinois. When it arrived, I discovered damage that included: • Chipped/cracked windshield (replacement estimate: $1,292) • Damage to the driver's door (repair estimate: $1,943) • Damage to the deck lid/trunk (repair estimate: $2,148) I obtained independent written estimates totaling more than $5,300. I asked the dealership to repair the damage, but they declined. I expected a dealership selling premium vehicles to stand behind what they sell. Instead, I was left with thousands of dollars in repair costs immediately after delivery. We had face to face meeting, and David James the General Sales Manager personally stated he would pay for the dent and coordinate the repair claim thru the transport company for the scratch dent... then I provided the estimated and he completely changed his position and would not pay for the repairs. I have all of the purchase documents, photographs, and independent repair estimates to support this review. Based on my experience, I would not purchase another vehicle from this dealership. More
