One dealership had rude sales people who would vulture over you as you pulled onto the lot, Yulk! Another higher end dealership seemed disinterested in making a sale and put zero effort into helping me into a vehicle. My brother suggested we try Certified Benz and Beemer, being that I am fairly new to the valley I hadn't heard of them before. As we were driving I looked them up on the web and found a couple of vehicles that i was interested in. When we arrived we met with James Valentine and he showed me the cars I had seen on the net. James then asked what I was shoping for before we arriving at CBB. I was looking for an Audi but I hadn't seen any on their web page. He assured me he they had a couple and sure enough they had exactly what I was looking for. With James's laid back style of sales i was realy put at ease. ZERO pressure and nothing but kindness and assurance that he would help me through the transaction and beyond the sale. Recently he has stood behind his words, he has helped me organize some work to be done (at another dealership) on some of the fetures of my vehicle that weren't operating properly. James said he would be available for anything after the sale and today he proved it. An honest, quality individual in auto sales was quite refreshing after the day I had. I will absolutely return when it is time for another car and will definately recomend CBB to anyone who is looking. Mine was a difficult situation, I am in Los Angeles and wanted to buy a car 400 miles away. They did everything I asked, assured me there would be no surprises when I arrived. They kept their word and I drove out a joyous car owner. Can't say enough. Oh and I forgot to say their pricing on the car I wanted was the best in the 6 western states! More

I got to say I'm pretty suspicious about buying used cars since I've bought nothing but new vehicles in the past, but this experience has changed my mind. Certified Benz and Beemer and my salesman Danny Quintana were all a pleasure to work with not only were they professional in the manner that they attended me but with a good attitude which is rare now and days. To add fuel to the fire not only was I treated right but the vehicle I ended up picking was still under factory warranty and on top of that it was a certified pre owned which gave me more confidence in buying the car which was immaculate by the way. Unexpected This is our second time purchasing a car from CBB. We(our son Alan) purchased a 2011 BMW 328 6 months ago and we were very impressed with the entire This is our second time purchasing a car from CBB. We(our son Alan) purchased a 2011 BMW 328 6 months ago and we were very impressed with the entire process and the great staff, particularly Alex and Dustin. When my wife Dian and I went to CBB on Saturday, we intended to drive the SL550, which is what we were thinking of going into for our next car. A convertible was our overriding consideration. After driving the SL550, the SLK350, a BMW M3 and a BMW Z4, we were shocked at the ride, the fun and the enjoyment of the BMW Z4. While the SL550 was what we were looking for, the ones that were in stock at CBB either were a color other than what we were looking for, a bit older than we were looking for, or candidly a couple were more than we wanted to spend. Alex, offered looking and finding one that fit our color choices, model year and the like, but after a few minutes of conversation,we chose the Z4. It is a fun convertible and we will play with it for a a year or two and then bring it back and get the SL550. When i woke up on Saturday, and if you told me I was going to buy a car, and it would be a BMW Z4, I would have told you stop drinking or smoking or whatever. But it happened. The Staff at CBB is Awesome, Alex was a pleasure to work with again. Dustin makes the financial part of the transaction easy and efficient and we never felt pushed or that "car salesman" feeling that can be a part of the car buying experience. And as a note, Lee did a great job of driving the cars out of the showroom. Thanks Lee! And for all the other things you did to help in the transaction. And oh by the way, there should be a speaker! I typically have a very low tolerance for dealing with car sales people, but I have to say, my experience at Certified Benz & Beemer was the most pleasant car buying experience I have ever had. Alex was h car sales people, but I have to say, my experience at Certified Benz & Beemer was the most pleasant car buying experience I have ever had. Alex was helpful, knowledgeable, and very low pressure; in fact he was no pressure, as he seemed more interested in making certain I found the car I was looking for then selling me a car. Under normal car buying circumstances, I take great pride in beating car sales men or women at their own game, but there was none of that at Certified Benz and Beemer, as they were very professional and very straight forward. Additionally, the follow up after the car purchase was top notch. Would I recommend Certified Benz & Beemer to a friend, yes; would I buy another car from Certified Benz & Beemer, definitely yes! Gary Gordon was an outstanding sales person. It was difficult to find a White, 2010, less than 50K mileage, Pre-owned BMW X5 in Scottsdale. It took 3 weeks or so but the dealership finally found one(gas, not diesel) They car was great., The detail team missed a couple of small items on the inspection checklist, but took care of it with no hassle, and no charge at a follow up service. gary handled the entire transaction, kept me informed throughout the process, and was available for post sale follow up questions that I had.
