Great Experience, Picked Up A Beast! I had a fantastic experience at CBB. I was not really in the market for a new car, but was browsing online when I discovered a BMW X6 at a deal I cou I had a fantastic experience at CBB. I was not really in the market for a new car, but was browsing online when I discovered a BMW X6 at a deal I could not pass up. Problem was I am in Tucson, the dealership is in Scottsdale (around 2 hours away). I spoke with Richard via the phone, and I felt confident we could reach an agreement on my trade of a BMW X5, so I drove up the same day. Richard took care of my trade evaluation right away, and the price came back right on with what I had researched and where I wanted to end up. After that, wasn't much to think about, except driving out in my X6. I did have a small issue with the car, and CBB took care of it for me right away, at a shop here in Tucson. So, the customer service is excellent! I look forward to exploring the freeways and road this weekend.
