I had a good exerpeience with this dealership. Paige was very friendly, helpful and a blast to converste with. She contacted me and was very accomodating in scheduling an appointment. She allowed me to test drive the vehicle on roads varying in speed limits for me to actually get a feel for it. She did everything she could to make it a good experience for me. The only knock would be that she wasn't too familiar with the car I was interested in (and bought), so I couldn't ask some questions I wanted to, to her, but understandable since they don't sell too many of them. Once I pulled the trigger the rest of the staff I dealt with was nice and helpful. They don't negotiate prices so the price was very good but not "great". The dealership made the experience enjoyable and it didn't take all day to walk out with the car, only about 90mins. The service department didn't fill my car with gas like promised. More

This dealership was the most friendly, non pressured place I have ever shopped at to buy a car. I felt that because of their attitude and the fairly priced cars it was a trusted place to purchase a car place I have ever shopped at to buy a car. We went in to purchase a BMW 650i for my wife. Unfortunately they had sold it before we got there. Ended up going home in a 4Runner for my son instead. The service I received was excellent since the moment I submitted the inquiry on the vehicle, Jim was quick to respond and made sure to give the 411 on the Corvette I was looking into. Jim did everything to get the payment on my new corvette down to an affordable payment. Jim and the finance staff treated me and my family who accompanied me with incredible customer service. They even took the time to show me how to take the top of my car. I highly recommend Certified Benz and Beemers, they are great and have an incredible selection.
