Ever been wary of the used car buying experience? We sure were...and then we landed at Certified Benz and Beemer based on a friend's recommendation. We walked out with a smile on our faces and the proud owner of a Mercedes Benz in great shape and priced well below bluebook. Why? Because the sales representative, Berrin Biggot, spent most of his time listening to what we really were looking for in a vehicle. He encouraged us to drive several different makes and chose vehicles from his inventory that matched our driving needs. Some were American and some were not. He took the time to explain the differences, talk about residual value and present the pros and cons of each. Then the choice was ours. Ultimately we chose the Benz because it best suited our needs...something we could not have determined if this dealership were the typical "used car salesmen". We know this because the car we actually purchased was less expensive than the one we were determined to buy. Now what used car dealer does that?? What Berrin gave up in sales revenue he and CBB have gained back in customer loyalty. We will recommend CBB to all of our friends and will be a customer for life! More

I live in Northern California and saw a particular vehicle that interested me on the Internet. I called and talked with James Valentine. I asked a lot of questions and he followed up with immediatel vehicle that interested me on the Internet. I called and talked with James Valentine. I have been looking for a Tahoe for over 3 months that met my wishlist and my budget. I had been to so many dealerships that I spoke to on the phone regarding wishlist and payment. When I got to dealership they did not even have a vehicles that had 3 out of 4 items and the payment was almost doubled of what I wanted to spend. Each time I wasted 3-4 hours of my time listening to these salesman use their car sales tactics. When I spoke to Kevin he was a breath of fresh air. He did actually have the car that I was looking for and he worked with me on getting to the payment that I needed. But the best thing was that it did not waste any of my time because we did the application, worked on the numbers and evaluation of my car all over the internet. Once we came to an agreement, I met him at the dealership and was there about 45minutes completing the process. I would recommend Kevin to anyone who is looking for an honest, hardworking and follows up on requests. More

I researched Coopers for about 3 mos. I found this dealership and Jeff Hallenbeck. I spoke w/Jeff on the phone, He had excellent Customer Service skills. Very friendly, not the least bit pushy. I made arrangements to drive all the way from Tucson to Scottsdale because of the great pricing. I ended up buying a Cooper in Tucson and called to notify Jeff. He wasn't unhappy because He didn't get the deal, instead He was very happy for me because I was so happy. He congradulated me and was very sincere. Used car dealers have a pre-conceived notion of being like Hawks on a Hunt! Jeff was so unlike this, it was quite refreshing.
