After having my car serviced at a local Mercedes Dealership and learned I had additional items that needed to be addressed from B&B since my warranty was purchased with them. I would HIGHLY recommend this dealership to anyone that is looking to buy a car in almost any price range! My girlfriend and I went to Certified Benz and Beemer skeptical as to if we would be able to get a is looking to buy a car in almost any price range! My girlfriend and I went to Certified Benz and Beemer skeptical as to if we would be able to get a car because of mediocre credit. Were we ever wrong! Upon arrival we were treated like royalty by one of the sales managers Chris Reyes. Now my girlfriend and I are a little below average credit and a small income since we are students and instead of pawning us onto one of the salesman, Mr Reyes was more than happy to show us cars that he thought would work for us himself! The first car we looked at was all we needed! It was a 2005 VW Golf TDI and we absolutely fell in love. The care was in impeccable condition and nearly flawless. And on top of that it gets almost 50mpg on the highway. After deciding that was the car for us we all went down to Mr Reyes' desk to discus a price. Mr Reyes then informed us that the dealership was a haggle-free store and the price we see is the price we pay. So obviously I did some quick research to see how much other people were paying for this car and was I surprised to find out that the price CBB had it listed at was actually BELOW the Kelley's Blue Book "Fair Purchase Price"! After agreeing to terms and rate (Both of which were AMAZING concidering our situations) we went back info the finance office and were on our way in our new car in to time. The whole process only took a couple of hours and I actually made it to work on time four house after we arrived at the dealership! I just cannot say how great my experience was at Certified Benz and Beemer and my experience with Chris Reyes was! I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND both Certified Benz and Beemer and Mr Reyes to anyone looking to purchase a car or even just looking for information. We will deffinatly return to CBB the next time we need to purchase a car! More
