I originally went to the dealership to purchase a car for my son. I had originally spoken with Chris. However Chris had his associate Jim there waiting for me when we arrived as Chris was with another custom my son. I had originally spoken with Chris. Jim was friendly and courteous and very professional. He was informative about the Mitsubishi Eclipse I was there to see and he answered all my questions. He made the experience easy. I was also inquiring about a Mercedes Benz which was the car I had always wanted and he was prepared to answer my questions and show me their inventory. I was impressed that he went to bat for me with his manager to get me the numbers for the car I was willing to pay for it. He made it possible for me to buy two cars today and I am very happy with my purchases and the staff were all very friendly and courteous, Tracy was wonderful with the document signing portion of the transaction. I am pretty knowledgeable about the BMW product considering I have had a half a dozen or so myself and I would usually go to the BMW specific dealer to purchase my car. I decided to give Certified a try and I am glad I did. The vehicle I bought was a 2011 328 coupe. They disclosed everything about the vehicle, they let me take it for a couple days to see if i even liked it and they took care of EVERYTHING I requested in the price. They provided me with a courtesy loaner while my vehicle was getting services requested done and treated me like I was their number one priority... When i am ready for another vehicle or if anyone asks where to go I would highly recommend Certified Benz and Beemer over any other high line dealer in the valley. More

I found the 2009 S550 online and called the dealership at 4 pm and spoke with John Behan in regards to the availability of this vehicle. I arrived at the dealership around 5:15 pm and was pleasantly greeted by Mohamed who walked me back to and introduced me to John. I was made to feel like family immediately! John had the vehicle upfront, ready to see and drive. John also explained the Carfax where the car's documented history was with CBB. This is an AZ car and in excellent condition with only 33,000 miles. John made the process of finalizing the car purchase very smooth, easy and enjoyable. He introduced me to Lee Grubbs where we discussed the value of my 2003 S500 trade in and agreed on a fair value...done deal! Side Note: You have our trade listed for sale with your dealership...sharp car! Trevor was very pleasant too as I signed the license and documents of the '09 S550. As a National Sales Director myself, I commend Jack for assembling a great team at CBB where the customers are part of the CBB family. Jeff Hallenbeck was great to work with. Not your typical high pressure sales person. I emailed him back an forth for a few months as I was in no hurry to purchase a vehicle. Finally they had something tha high pressure sales person. I emailed him back an forth for a few months as I was in no hurry to purchase a vehicle. Finally they had something that I was interested in and it was a very hassle free purchase. The only issue we had was with his detail shop not communicating to him that they couldn't find my car to detail it which made my wait to pick up the car an hour longer. Not really his fault. Also as part of the deal they agreed to repaint the rear bumper and somehow over sprayed on the rest of the car. Jeff was very responsive to take care of it. Thanks Jeff. More
