This story begins November of this past year, and was completed in the beginning of this Feburary, 2013. Starting out I would like to thank all Certified Benz and Beemer employee's. Back on the 29th of completed in the beginning of this Feburary, 2013. Starting out I would like to thank all Certified Benz and Beemer employee's. Back on the 29th of November 2012, I was driving back up to my house in Payson, AZ. while driving I had the unfortunet accident with a large Pit Bull. The dog was dispanded by the Officer which was not an experience that I wanted. The car had body and engine damage. Parts of the under wheel well riped out as well the beginning of a Coolent system nightmare. My BMW 325i was towed from Payson to Certified Benz and Beemer. There the car was assest correctly but My insurance ajustor was strongly advising me from having the car worked on at Certified Benz and Beemer, because he said their cost was to high. The adjustor requested that the Viehicle be taken to the shop of his choice which was Chapmen BMW collision center. I informed the adjustor that I was against this due to prior problems with Chapmen auto group. Unfortunatly the car was taken to be worked on at Chapmen. Apon recieving the car back at Chapmen, I drove home to Payson to get my bags and to head out to meet my Biological Mother and Brothers and Sisters for the first time in 27 Years sense I was adopted in 1985. When I pulled in to the complex, the I heard a loud BANG like a gun shot sound. All of assuden the engine overheated the ratiator was not fixed correctly and the coolent system failed and the reservor exploded like a BOMB. So now I had no car, no way to get to the first time arrival of a family reuniting, and a beginning of a major stressor that triggered my PTSD from the Millitary. I was hospitalied twice for this PTSD trigger episode from the beginning of the Bang in the engine to the squable with the Chapmen and Insurance. Finally after a combined 8 days in the Va Hospital I listened to my family and Attorney advisor, to have the car pulled from Chapmen and Retowed Back To Certified Benz and Beemer. There I was asst. by Scott Paisch and Charles the Mechanic. I payed out of pocket what my insurance was to pay of $442 dollars for a ratiator part at Chapmen that should have been covered by my Insurance DUE TO THEY REPLACED THE RATIATOR! Plus $500 for my reasonable deductible Plus then $1,658.58 to Certified Benz and Beemer to fix my car to its coolents original condition before for the accident. Certified Benz and Beemer is great and highly recommended in my book. They go above and beyond and they're Price turned out to be cheaper then the price at Chapmen BMW collision which was in the $6,000 Range and payed by my Gieco. I do not Trust the integity or Buisness Ethics fo Chapmen Nor Gieco. Thank you to all your employee's for fixing my car and getting me back on the road and being there for me to help with the conclusion of such unnessisary stress. More

We just had a new navigational system installed in our Mercedes SLK 350. Chris Reyes and Scott Paich are the two gentlemen that worked with us. Came into this dealership wanting to look at a few cars I saw on their website. Walking in I did not know what to expect after two bad experiences at other used car stores. James met us with a smile and a saw on their website. Walking in I did not know what to expect after two bad experiences at other used car stores. James met us with a smile and a welcome that made us relax. Ther was no pressure or questions such as "what can we do to get you in this car today". He was polite and listened to what we were looking for. We test drove two cars and left with the information we needed to make the right desicion. Although we didn't purchase a car that day James followed up with an email and a phone call to answer our questions and just to see where we were in our buying process. We will be purchasing a car here next week and would highly recommend anyone looking for a car to at least come in and experience how this dealership does business. It is very refreshing and puts the excitement back in purchasing a car. More

I was on my way to purchase a brand new Fiat from Power Fiat of North Phoenix that had no miles and the Sales Manager had extended a free four year bumper to bumper service plan contract, attractive pricin Fiat of North Phoenix that had no miles and the Sales Manager had extended a free four year bumper to bumper service plan contract, attractive pricing and free tint on the windows in order to close the deal then. I did not sign a sales agreement then as I had to go to Wells Fargo Bank to transfer the down payment prior to pursuing this purchase so assured them that I would be back. This vehicle was very nice but did not have all the features that Certified Bemis and Beemer's used 2012 Fiat had. After completing the transfer at Wells Fargo, I was on my way back to the brand new 2012 Fiat from Power Fiat of North Phoenix to finalize this purchase when I received a call from Ron Moran from Certified Bemis and Beemer's that his used 2012 Fiat with 17,000 miles was still available for a price of $15,987 which was $2,000 less than the asking price on the brand new Fiat from Power Fiat of North Phoenix with no miles. Although mileage was a distinct consideration; I made the decision to pursue the additional features that the used Fiat had based on the price quoted to me on the phone. I was told that Certified Bemis and Beemer's Sales office was closing at 6:00 pm but they would stay if I was coming to purchase their Fiat. I arrived there a few minutes after 6:00 pm intent on purchasing the car. The deal was written up and I accepted or signed for the purchasing. I was then taken to a lady who was to conduct the closing on the financing to include signing of all the paperwork. It was immediately obvious to me that the sale of the vehicle was the reason she had to work late. Noticing that she wasn’t happy; I mentioned the fact that we had kept her over late. She assured me not to worry about it as the paperwork would be done quickly. The paper work was completed in five minutes without any opportunity for me to read anything; nor any explanation of what I was signing. I do not blame her for going fast as she was late getting home. After purchasing the car; I then reviewed the paper work that I signed and I was shocked. The price that was quoted to me did not include dealer additions which Ron had told me about as if they were features of the car already. They were features that were on the car but the price of these dealer additions were not disclosed to me until after I made a decision to buy the vehicle for $15,987. Certified Bemis and Beemer's had charged me $399 for tinting of the windows, $249 for window etching which was to be an anti theft feature and they charged me a documentary and administrative fee of $399 for the lady who spent five minutes with me to close on the deal. This added $1,047 to the price of the vehicle. In banking we are held to strict truth and lending laws but I have learned now that it is legal for a dealer in Arizona to include dealer add ons and disclose them after the decision to purchase had been made. If I had known of the features discussed with me over the phone were going to cost $1,047; I would have never purchased the vehicle. I would never recommend Certified Bemis and Beemer's to any one due to the shady means by which my sale was handled. I will tell my friends and family how I was taken advantage of in a five minute closing so that a woman who worked for Certified Bemis and Beemer's could go home as soon as possible. I have learned my lesson well but will never recommend or do business with Certified Bemis and Beemer's again. More
