Once notified of the issue, Connor asked me to bring the car back and said he would take care of it. It was something that no one had experienced before - even a master mechanic from Mercedes Benz. I’m a 100% Disabled Veteran, Senior Citizen and I had the phenomenal opportunity to meet, speak and, work with Conner in the Service Department. He listened to my concerns regarding the things that I wanted and needed done. There was some slight alterations necessary to fully address my specific needs. Man when I tell you Conner was a dynamic asset to getting those things addressed and done… would be an understatement. He sat me down and itemized a composite list of the things that I was looking to have done. When I came to pick up my vehicle… I was shocked at his due diligence and tenacity to see that Every Single Thing that I requested was completed and he also made sure that my vehicle was Detailed so well, I was ecstatic to say the least.
