While trying to negotiate price, I was sent a very rude text from Jamie telling me he would prob sell to another customer that didn't need to negotiate and knew a good price when he saw it. (even though the car was $1400 over fair value) I never went to social media after this terrible text/customer service, but instead reached out to the manager. With hesitation, I decided to move forward with the purchase; I was assured this was not they way they did business. 3 days after receiving the car in Ohio, the vacuum actuator on trunk went bad. So now the trunk detects that it's open and the convertible will not go down. After reaching out to them(they never called to follow up after delivery as promised), they basically told me "too bad". I'm guessing they knew about this and never disclosed info. Prob did the youtube quick fix and took fuse in and out to get it to work for a few days. After paying $24,700 for this vehicle I would've expected them to offer to pay for this. I should have known this is the service I would get after the rude text from Jamie about trying to negotiate the price (which they only came down $300) and another issue...even though he always said "I like to be fully transparent", I didn't discover that the sunshade was broke until after I had purchased vehicle. I was willing to overlook that, but the trunk actuator is ridiculous! I am highly disappointed in this dealership! More

Certified Benz & Beemer is not even in my state, and I’d drive to them to buy or sell a car again. Scott Bailey made the process of buying a car so easy and nice that I think I’m spoiled now. The dealership has several nearby locations with expansive inventory, which enabled me to view similar cars. Scott took his time with me to understand and accommodate my needs in a vehicle but he did not try to upsell or push which made for an surprisingly comfortable and valuable experience. Similarly personable behavior from another manager, David, who was engaging and extremely knowledgeable about all the vehicle vehicles on the lot. I had almost given up hope on finding what my family needed but also could afford. I stumbled across Benz and Beemer and Tim made it all happen. He was kind humble and so wonderful to work with.
