Fantastic service department I have a private mechanic shop that I love and trust a great deal - they performed all the service on my first Mercedes. After upgrading to a newer mo I have a private mechanic shop that I love and trust a great deal - they performed all the service on my first Mercedes. After upgrading to a newer model, my plan was to use this shop after my one year service plan ran out, but I was so satisfied with the service department at CBB that I'm still taking the car back to CBB for service. They've been truly outstanding. Plus, they provide a loaner car if they think the service will take more than a day. More
