I recently took my vehicle in for service at certified benz and beemer and I had a wonderful experience. Travis woodyard was my service manager and he took the time to explain everything that i needed in benz and beemer and I had a wonderful experience. There is no better feeling then dropping your car off and knowing its going to be well taken care of. Owning a BMW can be expensive as I found out going to the dealership, BUT Certified has made it pleasura knowing its going to be well taken care of. Owning a BMW can be expensive as I found out going to the dealership, BUT Certified has made it pleasurable to own my car again. I know that they are only going to fix things that need to be fixed and/or suggest the things that are most important. I do not have to worry I'm going to have a $2,000 service bill every time I walk out of there like I have experienced in the past with other dealers. Everyone is friendly, willing to go above and beyond the call of duty... from giving me a loaner if needed and/or dropping my off at the airport if I'm leaving my car. I'm looking forward to purchasing my next car from them when comes time. Thanks!! More
