Xzilon Treatment, worth every cent ! When I purchased my Lexus IS250 from Certified Benz and Beemer two years ago I was offered a service package that included the Xzilon treatment. I pur When I purchased my Lexus IS250 from Certified Benz and Beemer two years ago I was offered a service package that included the Xzilon treatment. I purchased this package and was impressed with the durability of the treatment to the exterior and interior of my car. It also included a three year warranty for protection of the paint and interior surface. Now two years later, I noticed oxidation appearing on the roof and trunk lid. I took my car into Certified Benz and Beemer and worked with my Service Advisor Mike Miller. He took care of the whole situation with my concern. The Xzilon customer service immediately addressed the problem and had my car sent to a top of the line auto detailer and the entire car clay barred and detailed at no small expense and then had my car again treated with the Xzilon treatment at NO expense to myself ! Michael contacted me that my car was complete and ready for pickup. I was overwhelmed with the result. My car looked like it had just been rolled off the assembly line. I am so pleased that I had purchased the service package and had Certified Benz and Beemer there to take care of this problem for me. It was worth every cent to see my car look like new again after 2 years of ownership. I want to thank Certified Benz and Beemer and Michael for taking care of myself and my car. More
