World Class Customer Service I purchased our SL550 from Benz & Beemer In March and have been enjoying it immensely. Two weeks ago it started making a very loud noise somewhere und I purchased our SL550 from Benz & Beemer In March and have been enjoying it immensely. Two weeks ago it started making a very loud noise somewhere under the hood. Even though it was Sunday I was able to drop it off for the service department to diagnose on Monday. Collin was my service manager and he really went above and beyond to investigate and discovered the car had a history of the same issue so it was covered under warranty. I am so impressed with the level of customer service Collin and Benz & Beemer have consistently provided since the day I purchased my car. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for an honest dealer who treats their customers like family. More

Oil change and check up I was about to head off into the desert, so I appreciated it that Certified Benz and Beamer could fit me in before I left for my road trip. They had run out of loaner cars, but he made sure I got a shuttle home so I wouldn’t have to wait for my car to be done on site. I have my car back now, and it runs great. They even washed the outside of it for me. Good job guys! More
