Reviewed local service options online and we were assured by the many very positive testimonials we read concerning Certified Benz and Beemer. Called Michael and he explained the reasonable diagnostic fee we'd incur should we choose Not to repair the vehicle. Otherwise, no fee for delineating the specific problem - we would pay only the cost of factory parts and labor. Had the BMW towed directly to them late afternoon on Friday. Got a call mid-morning Saturday: fuel pump was malfunctioning and Michael relayed the exact amount to rectify. Asked how quickly they could fix and we were promised the same day by the afternoon. True to their word, car was ready mid-afternoon; it was also washed, vacuumed, and fuel had been topped-off. Couldn't ask for more friendly, efficient and professional service! Hope never to need anything beyond standard maintenance for any of our autos... However, we now know where to turn whenever repair becomes necessary. More

Earlier this week I sent a txt to Mike about a service light on my dash and he knew my car so well he knew it wasn't an issue. He asked me to stop by to have it reset at my convenience. Today I pulled up and Tyson was quick to greet me by name and immediately tracked down the exact mechanic that could reset the service light on my Mercedes. i didn't even wait 5 minutes! I can't say enough good words about my almost 5 years of experience with CBB's service team! They simply ROCK! -- Thanks for taking such great care of me and my Mercedes! More
