Don’t opt for the concierge service The concierge vehicle left for me was very dirty with many visual stains, food pieces, and the smell of smoke....have pics to prove it. Had to drive with the windows down just to breathe fresh air. Spoke with service advisor whom seemed as if he could care less. When called regarding my vehicle being finished he gave me no details as to my cars service...only that we are done and ready to return your vehicle. This is when I voiced my concern regarding their loaner at which again he could care less. Needless to say I Won’t be using them again. More
