I was extremely satisfied when I left because I felt like, even though I am a female customer, I wasn’t being taken advantage of, but they cared about my concerns and wanted me to understand completely. Worth the drive from wherever your from Jack the owner has always been about the customer service sense I met him in his original Mesa store! I recently went in for my scheduled maintenance on my car and it was cheaper by far than any other certified ( or non certified) dealer in the valley. The tech was super nice and ran through the inspections with my self and the service advisor and they where very thorough. I did deal with one salesman witch wasn't the best experience besides that every experience at the dealership was pleasant. More

Great Customer Service Collin Moore is a great service coordinator. He was able to help me with every concern that I have had. I brought my Beemer in only to find out that Collin Moore is a great service coordinator. He was able to help me with every concern that I have had. I brought my Beemer in only to find out that it was no longer under warranty. He discussed my option with me. I inquired about obtaining a new extended warranty. He called the finance department without me even asking. I got a call back from both of them the same day!!! Thanks for taking care of me guys!!!! More

My go-to guy is Mike Miller in the service department, I can call him at any time and he will always be there to help- rather it be a simple question or something totally random.
