Michael was my service advisor and took all the details and arranged all my appointment needs at a date and time to my convenience. The only slight surprise was that Michael contacted me to let me know that my tires were below minimum standards and will need to be replaced. This was taken care of with my authorization. At the price as discussed. Mounted and balanced. When I picked up the car all service had been performed and the car had been detailed inside and out.
