Working with Joe Casoni and Ken Champagne was the best experience that my wife and I have ever had purchasing a used car. I called to inquire about a 2014 Infinity Q60 that we were interested in and spoke experience that my wife and I have ever had purchasing a used car. I asked Joe for the out the door price of the car because we did not want to drive 45 minutes to get a different price when we arrived. The price included all taxes and fees and was the same price Joe gave me over the phone. There were no hidden costs. We test drove the car and then went over everything that we thought needed to be fixed or touched up including replacing the tires. They fixed everything they said they would and installed new tires. When the car was ready they delivered it to my house and we were able to drive it for a few days to see if everything was to our satisfaction. We drove back to see Joe to complete the deal. As we were driving we then noticed that there was an issue with the windshield. We told Joe about the issue and they sent a windshield service to my house to replace the windshield. It seemed perfect until I received the car (delivery) I drove 3 hours to come to see the car I saw on carfax. It seemed like it had everything I wanted, and they offered free shipping. I showed some concerns over the dirtiness of the interior, and the exteriors light swirls/scratches, and the salesmen assured me that before it was delivered that the car would be detailed. I trusted them as it seemed like they would at least not lie during the COVID pandemic. I believed them, and they even told me the reason the shipment of the vehicle was taking a little longer than expected was that they were getting the car detailed. When the car arrives at my house, there are brown interior stains on the ceiling of the vehicle, and the entire car is covered with swirls and scratches (the entire exterior of the car). When I sent a text to the salesman, he kept circling with an "okay awesome hope everything else is okay." Two stars because they were at least friendly at the dealership, but if I had known they would deliver the car like this, I would have shopped elsewhere. More

They were open and very informed about the car, answered all of our questions, and then took me for a test drive. I chose to look at a few other vehicles but no other car compared to the quality of the XKR they were selling. No pressure... just a great atmosphere. It's been a pleasure to work with Ernie and Joe who are two of the best salesman I have ever met. They're both easy to talk to, very helpful and very responsive if I have questions or concerns. As far as finances and contracts go, that process is completely stress-free. Ken and his team run numbers prior to the paperwork and everything matches and there are never any questions or surprises when the final signatures are needed. The reason I keep going back to Ken Champagne and his auto dealership to buy my vehicles is because it's a great experience. I feel like I'm treated fairly, with respect and when I drive off their lot, I feel like I got the deal I was looking for. Ken has found vehicles for me that are on spec to exactly what I wanted with the exact payment that I wanted to be at. Since I've had such a great experience each time I've worked with him, I constantly refer people to him. Not only did we settle on a deal 2 minutes after taking car for a test ride, they also bought us lunch. And when we came back, upon final inspection the service manager did not feel right without replacing brakes. Again an car dealer who treats people fairly and with respect. I would definitely recommend this dealer to anyone looking for a great deal. PS I came 2 hrs away from Cape Cod to do the deal. More
