I am actually shocked that I am giving such a high review to a car buying experience! I walked in their doors 8 days ago super frustrated over trying to buy a nice used car. Back in April I tried to give my to a car buying experience! I walked in their doors 8 days ago super frustrated over trying to buy a nice used car. Back in April I tried to give my money to Milford Mitsubishi but the games they played made it painfully obvious they weren’t in the car selling business but in the “scam the consumer” business. Not so with Joe and the team at Champagne Motor car. Joe immediately put me at ease as he explained their very transparent process. There were no aggressive sales tactics, no “bait and switch” shenanigans. I mentioned there were two vehicles I was interested in viewing. He brought out the keys to each and walked me to them in the parking lot. He then told me to take my time checking them out and if I was interested in driving one or both to pull them out front and he’d put a plate on them. That was it. One drive in that ‘21 BMW X3 M40i sold me! Joe then walked me through the process to value my trade-in; once again this was done in a highly transparent manner. A week later when I came to make the purchase, I was in and out in a half hour. Joe had reached out to my insurance agent so that was all set. There was no effort by the finance guy to sell me an extended warranty or bottom coating or any other xx extra that most dealerships try to weave into the sale. Thank you Joe.
