Upon our arrival at Champion in Brighton, Laura cordially greeted us and asked us what she could do for us. We said that we were there to inquire about the trade-in value of our 2008 Envoy Denali. We told her that we certainly wanted to look at something that would be at least equal to or a step-up from the Envoy. Laura showed us three possible vehicles and we chose the 2012 Acadia Denali. Laura asked us what monthly payment we would consider. We told her and she went right to work with the financial department. Shortly, we were invited to discuss the financing arrangement. The final agreement was close to our requests, our complete satisfaction and we were able to drive the Acadia home that evening. Laura was most knowledgeable about all features of each of the vehicles she showed us and made us very comfortable with the entire transaction. Whenever we return to Champion in Brighton, Laura always makes a point to greet us and offers to assist us in whatever way she can. She was very responsive and was a great communicator. I was not able to visit the dealership for a couple of weeks, but she supplied all the info that I neeeded to make a decision. When I was available to come to the dealer, Ashley arranged for a test drive in a model similar to what I was interested. Barb gave me a tour of the car and came along for the test drive. I felt very comfortable with the dealer and decided to make my purchase that night. The entire process was the easiest and most thorough of any car I have purchased and taken delivery.
