I feel the time management of appointments has been off course. Had an appointment for basic oil change/tire rotation. I usually sit in waiting room as it usually takes an hour which I feel is acceptable. course. Had an appointment for basic oil change/tire rotation. If they have technician deficits or issues, then schedule your work further apart. More

Having an appointment time means nothing. I had only an oil change with appointment at 10. Waited nearly 3 hours. Way too long. Everyone I was waiting with was also complaining.
