Having an appointment time means nothing. I had only an oil change with appointment at 10. Waited nearly 3 hours. Way too long. Everyone I was waiting with was also complaining. My 2024 Trax had a low oil pressure light that said "stop driving immediately" so I took it in. I was told it would be worked in as soon as possible. It was almost 30 days before the diagnosis was ran just t driving immediately" so I took it in. I was told it would be worked in as soon as possible. It was almost 30 days before the diagnosis was ran just to determine the problem. If it is determined to be something covered by warranty a rental car is paid for. We had to pay out of pocket more than $1600.00 for a rental only to find out, the problem was not covered under warranty. Forget trying to call in and talk to someone. Messages were left for the service writer and the service manager but nobody called back. I had to go into the shop and talk to a service manager. At that point go contact was established with him through email and everything was resolved in a week. I like to give business to the city i live in but, i am not sure I will go back! More
