Very professional and friendly staff! I feel valued here! Jack is a great leader and has surrounded himself with other leaders! This service department is the only reason I have put up with a vehicle that still has issues and has had them from day one. A radio that sometimes stops working. Turn signals that stop making the sound to let you know it is working. A red flash moving across the screen. Supposedly, all issues that other GMC trucks have but there is no fix. How does the government or GMC in good conscience continue to sell something to the tune of $100,000 that has known issues with no fix? Sadly, I love my truck, but this will ensure that I never by another one. I had two new F-250's prior to switching to GMC and this is what it got me. BAD BUSINESS!!! More
