I went in for an oil change and a recall for my truck. The recall was to replace an Oring to stop the antifreeze from leaking. I complained about smelling antifreeze and the reservoir emptying out on my f The recall was to replace an Oring to stop the antifreeze from leaking. I complained about smelling antifreeze and the reservoir emptying out on my first oil change prior to the recall. When I took it in this time the reservoir was empty and after they were finished I was told that there was no leak and they just refilled it with antifreeze. I feel like they just didn’t want to do the repair. I love having Champion servicing my truck but I feel like I was just pushed aside during my visit. Maybe because it was a Friday and later in the day. More
