The service was excellent. However, I was somewhat bothered when I saw 3 or 4 employees not wearing masks inside. They came thru the waiting room area to get water and there were several customers, s bothered when I saw 3 or 4 employees not wearing masks inside. I know they were employees, as they came in and out of the service door. One of them was observed driving my car into the service area where I picked it up. I did not mention this to anyone, but I was surprised, as there are signs on the doors telling customers that masks are required. More

Have never had my Equinox which I purchased in 2004 from them serviced by anyone but them. If they didn't do a job that satisfied me I would go elsewhere Always outstanding service.
