"Disappointing "

I’ve used the service department twice recently and have had issues both times. On the first one, they did a tire rotation and when I left, I could tell something was wrong with a tire or wheel. When I returned to the dealership, they didn’t even want to look at it at first. Finally I got someone to drive it and turns out a wheel wasn’t put on properly. Second visit, I was given a quote on service work of $650 but when I went to get the car, the bill was $770 for the exact same job. When I asked about the price difference I was asked if I had it it writing and I did not. Lesson learned.
