I worked with Lance, I have to be honest I was disappointed with the service he provided. I had agreed to purchase the 3 prepaid oil changes, then I found the coupon I had received via email for $ disappointed with the service he provided. I had agreed to purchase the 3 prepaid oil changes, then I found the coupon I had received via email for $15 off. I told him I wanted to use my coupon for this visit and would get the prepaid deal on my next visit. Clearly I have every intention of returning, Lance was pushy and clearly not happy that he had “redo all my paperwork”.
