I had an appointment for 10am I did not hear from anyone, so I called at 3pm and they didn't even look at my car yet. This is the worst experience I have had. This is a one car house, and I had to go all day without a car and now they are closed and no one even called me to know it was going to be another day. Next time I will go to another dealer! More
