I went into the dealer to buy a new vehicle. Without my authorization Marco, the sales manager run my credit and when I wasn't happy with that, he showed me a middle finger. Called prior to driving 45 minutes to look at a used car for sale in order to find out if they have add-ons. I was told they do have a $995 add on for a security device. I explained that I was not interes for sale in order to find out if they have add-ons. I was told they do have a $995 add on for a security device. I explained that I was not interested in paying for the add-on and I was told that the vehicle has been on site for a while and that they will negotiate on the price of the vehicle and so there will be no issue taking care of the add-on price. I drove the 45 minutes only to find out that they were not budging on price at all. The sales manager informed our sales person that he is not discounting the vehicle or the add-on at all. Complete waste of my time! More

I'm not sure how they're even in business with how xxxxty their customer service is. bought a 2014 ram sport truck in august 2022 from there and every time I have came back for an oil change, there is something seriously wrong with it (last time was my axel was broke, apparently broke since the day I bought it according to their maintenance person). their maintenance people ask every time who I bought this truck from because it clearly has tons of issues. Luckily I bought the warranty package so majority of it has been fixed with no costs to me however they want to fight me every time. with my axel being broken, my tire was getting worn down and they REFUSED to replace it at their cost until I completed a bbb complaint about it. Next day, got a call saying they would replace it and try to make things right by giving me my full money back for the truck or trade it in for another. I like my truck so I just asked for the parts to be fixed as it should have been in the first place with the 365 inspection that apparently they didbefore I bought the truck. Interesting. but now they are refusing again to make that deal since I have changed my mind and want out of their horrible business. Every time I try to call to speak to someone they hang up on me or yell at me/completely rude. I could go on and on about how horrible this dealership is and what I’ve had to go through. Once again I would 100% NOT RECOMMEND DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS DEALER. More
