"Great Salesmen and Great Mechanics "

Andrew did a great job and was super nice and professional throughout my experience there even though i had some serious issues with how the finance woman treated me. I rated them 5 starts because at the end of the day everything got fixed that needed to be and every time i go in there I am greeted by very friendly staff and the mechanics there did a great job and were super polite. I think the woman's name was Linda who i had an issue with. She was very rude to me and i couldn't believe she would ever treat another human with such disrespect. At one point she even told me a team of lawyers wouldn't be enough to get my car (which is under warranty) fixed. So 5 starts to the sales people and service people but i wish i could give Linda a whopping 0 rating but i don't want to muddy the name of an over all good dealership b.c. of one VERY poor employee. Maybe it just wasn't her week i don't know.

"Easiest, Pressure Free purchase to date! "

I went into Champion Ford knowing exactly what I wanted. I talked to the salesman and he showed me the trucks they had in stock that met my criteria. He didnt waste my time trying to sell me a different truck than what I wanted. They were great on the price, great on the service, and I pent less than an hour and a half total at the dealership! I highly recommend Champion Ford for anyone looking for a new Ford!
