Had agreed in April to purchase a vehicle at another dealership in April 2022. Was told by that dealership vehicle would be in shortly. After a month passed, my wife noticed this same vehicle on website dealership in April 2022. Was told by that dealership vehicle would be in shortly. I called and spoke with Baz and told him our situation. He was very attentive and felt like he could help us. For the next couple hours , we texted and exchanged information. After I got off work, I showed up because he felt he could work it out and get us the car. I notified my wife and she drove the hour to get there based on Baz’s assurance he could get it done. After some haggling between the finance manager and Ford credit, my wife got her vehicle. All of this was made possible by the dedicated work from Baz. He was not pushy but he was determined to take our negative situation from another dealership and turn it into a positive.
