You guys washed the car, got water in the module and then blamed it on wear and tear. More

My experience with Champion Porsche, particularly with my salesperson, Marco, was extremely disappointing. When I ordered my car, I was originally told the process would take approximately four months. That salesperson, Marco, was extremely disappointing. When I ordered my car, I was originally told the process would take approximately four months. That later became six months, and ultimately, I waited eight months. After such a long wait and purchasing a car of this caliber, I expected the delivery to feel at least somewhat special. Instead, there was no bow on the car, no excitement, and not even a simple “congratulations.” Marco remained seated at his desk and did not get up to acknowledge me, thank me for my business, or see me off when I left with the car. The lack of basic courtesy made me feel completely disrespected and unappreciated as a customer. Buying a Porsche should be a memorable and exciting experience, but the service I received made it feel like anything but that. Although I love my car, I would not recommend Marco based on how I was treated throughout this experience.Unfortunately I was very disappointed in his professionalism.. I have bought plenty of cars in my life and I’ve never been treated like that or never had a bow on my car coming from a Porsche dealership and buying a 911 you would think they’d have a big beautiful red bow for you..
