I recently purchased a 2024 Porsche Macan from Champion Porsche, and while the sales process with Paulo Desouza was positive my experience post-purchase has been quite disappointing. Upon receiving my c Porsche, and while the sales process with Paulo Desouza was positive my experience post-purchase has been quite disappointing. Upon receiving my car, I discovered that the Navigation and Infotainment package is set to expire on 10/30/2024. Despite the car being a demo unit, I was assured that I would receive this package free for one year. This has not been honored, which is frustrating and feels misleading. Additionally, I wanted to register for the Car Connect service to use the mobile app for various car functions. To my surprise, there is an activation fee for this service. As a long-time BMW owner since 2014, I was excited to get my first Porsche. However, it is disappointing that a high-end brand like Porsche imposes additional charges for services that BMW offers for free. Overall, while the initial sales experience was positive, the follow-up and additional costs have left me feeling dissatisfied. I expected more from a dealership of this caliber. More
