This was the 3rd time advising Champion that the tire had an issue, and this time they found the nail. Not sure why it took 3 times to figure out the issue. I understand that Porsche has a no tire repair pol an issue, and this time they found the nail. Not sure why it took 3 times to figure out the issue. I understand that Porsche has a no tire repair policy, which makes zero sense. Tires rated by the tech to have a minimum of 70% tread remaining, got a nail and I was told I must replace the tire for almost $500.00 with no pro-rating of the tire. Took the car back with the nail in the tire and got it fixed for $30.00 using internal seal no plug. Also had to replace the back wiper blade that was totally unusable, which I had to pay $92.00. Autoparts stores charge $7.00 to $19.00 for the blade. Quite a ripoff. More
