My vehicle stopped driving a week after I had my car serviced. I took my car in for service, I was told I would be in and out if I came on the weekend which was important because I live an hour away. Wh serviced. I took my car in for service, I was told I would be in and out if I came on the weekend which was important because I live an hour away. When I arrived they told me “2 hr wait so please enjoy the showroom”. I waited the full 2 hrs before approached their desk. When I did I was told they’re not quite done yet. Fast forward another hour and a half and I was told the car is still being serviced. I asked what is the wait time, “probably another hour”. I wait another hour and walk back to the desk. They told me they were really busy today, “honestly it’ll probably be another couple hours”. I ended up spending my whole Saturday at the dealership. I was sitting in the gift shop and the lights turned off because it was closing time. Another hour goes by and my car finally is done. I am the last one in the dealership. To top it off my car is filthy and has dirty had prints all over the engine and my service advisor took a work rag and wiped it off saying it was from the job. Today, a week later, and my car died on the middle of the road. Ever dash warning light came on and the car guttered to a stop. More
