I have requested to speak with the service manager for the past 3 weeks to express my concerns about the service of my car and have not heard back. Every time I call, her assistant notifies me that she is the past 3 weeks to express my concerns about the service of my car and have not heard back. Every time I call, her assistant notifies me that she is in a meeting and one time told me “she’ll be in a meeting for the whole week”… a five day meeting. I have tried to contact other managers to connect me but they are all trying to cover for their blatant disregard for customer service. More
