I booked online for the first time for 9 a. m. It was only when I arrived at Champion that I discovered that it was a drop-off and that I would have to return at 5:30 p.m. to get the car. As I d m. As I didn't count on this possibility, I decided to schedule it right there for another day, knowing that I could wait for service on site. Yesterday I arrived as agreed at 7:45 am, with the “guarantee” that it wouldn’t take more than an hour and 30 minutes. At 10 am, having not received any phone call informing me that the car was ready (or not), I decided to return to Champion, as the car would certainly be ready. I had to wait another two long hours to get the car back. Despite the excellent service and quality of service offered, I was very disappointed. Next time I will drop it off and I will not have false expectations. More
