Drew was great. she was very helpful and kept good communication. My biggest issue was with the amount of time to get my car taken care of. It was there for 2 week she was very helpful and kept good communication. My biggest issue was with the amount of time to get my car taken care of. It was there for 2 weeks and did not get looked at unil the final day. Once looked at it was found that the problem was just a simple loose cable and fixed in 2 min. So I was without my new car for 2 weeks because of a 2 min fix, very frustrating. Would I recommend Drew, 100% Will I recommend the shop as a whole, unfortunately not. More

It was self-evident that that department runs on a collection of team members who operate the service department very smoothly not unlike the components of a 911 engine working in tandem. I am super glad that I see the reviews. Unfortunately in my experience it has not been good. I have to compare wit my other car, Mercedes. There they are people that treat you nicely, they always send me videos, txt. I waited for almost 4 hours in the dealer so they can tell me that they need to keep the car. They kept it for 2 weeks and I was the one calling to see the status. I will not take my car for service ever again. I will try another dealer.
