I had the most incredible service experience for some work that involved a lot more than meets the eye. When I told Indira "I was having a difficult time wrapping my arms around the work entailed", she work that involved a lot more than meets the eye. When I told Indira "I was having a difficult time wrapping my arms around the work entailed", she graciously offered to have me come in and get a hands on explanation and demonstration from Pete (the service foreman), Shawn (technician working on my car), and Indira. Sure enough everything was explained, it made sense and, and was repaired in a very professional and timely manner. When I picked it up it was better than new. Indira was incredible at keeping me updated every step the way, she is an incredible asset not only to the service department, but the dealership as well. More

Over-Charged for oil change = $630. Had the same oil change on the same car at West Broward twice before and both times the cost was the exact same = $449. Parts cost are consistent at $127 between both dealerships. Labor for simple oil change is much more here without any explanation. You should have customers sign a preliminary cost sheet before performing the work (I would have declined). Very bad business practice when customers visit both dealerships for service. I will likely go back to West Broward Porsche from now on and share my experience with friends. More

Made appointment a month in advance. Car was there for a full week. 4 days longer than I was told. And the issue was not fixed even though they said it was. The speaker still rattles.
