I had a really bad experience and I will not go back to Champions again! All my next visits will be at West Palm Porsche! The sun visor clip fell off and when I pointed that out to my service advisor Champions again! All my next visits will be at West Palm Porsche! The sun visor clip fell off and when I pointed that out to my service advisor he advises that it was not covered under warranty and when I questioned as to why since it’s clearly a manufacturer issue given how new the car was he replied “that’s mal-use because it would not have fell off if you didn’t use it” I know I thought he was joking too but no he wasn’t! Besides the entire experience from drop off to pickup was sub a Kia dealership level! More
