We found the car that we were interested in on the Chapman website, called Karl Muik at the dealership to verify that the car was available and would be at the Chandler location on Friday. The next day we drove down to see and test drive the car. The price was exactly as presented on the website (a 2017 used 430i Gran Coupe with 15,000 miles and a hefty discount and other incentive), we opted to purchase the car and were out of the dealership with the car detailed within 3 hours. More

Gabbed a car we were about to test drive out from under us A few weeks ago, we had arranged at the Chapman on Camelback dealership to test drive a BMW X1 CPO we were very much interested in purchasing. It had A few weeks ago, we had arranged at the Chapman on Camelback dealership to test drive a BMW X1 CPO we were very much interested in purchasing. It had been delivered to Camelback and we were driving in from out of town specifically to be bale to test drive it. About an hour before we arrived, the folks at Chandler came by and commandeered the vehicle back to their dealership location because they had a prospective customer. The sales rep at Camelback protested, but they went ahead and did this, anyway, and the vehicle ended up being sold under our noses about 30 minutes before we arrived. This sort of disrespect for another customer within the same company is indicative of the cutthroat, lack of consideration for the customer. First and foremost, it's all about what's best for the BMW Chandler operation, with no regards to anyone else. I, for one, will never set foot on this place after that experience. You would be wise to deal with any other dealership in the value than this one. We were very disappointed and angry. This is shameful behavior, with zero regard for your other employees and your customers. More
