Not many people enjoy the whole car buying experience, I personally dreaded it, & I'm in the business. (different auto group) But Chapman BMW has Metin Gurbuz, & because of him, I now own a new BMW. He is amazing, and together he & Bruce made buying a new car enjoyable, I'd go so far as to say fun!
