When taking my car in for service, BMW Chandler had to keep it overnight and offered me a loaner for the night. Now, I didn't need a new car and wasn't even thinking in those terms. But i asked Jeremy what if I want to buy this. He said he could hook me up with sales. I am a very experienced BMW driver and have had a Z3 (first BMW), 3 series convertible, X5, 5 series, another 3 series, 228, 228 convertible and X3. So not my first rodeo. I completed the app on-line. I was working in meetings so David worked with Jeremy to get the info. I was able to scan info to David for closing. F&I (JJ) had everything ready when i walked in the door. The car I wanted was a loaner so lots of extra work to make it happen, but all of the team was so nice. Service, Sales, F&I, and Steve, the GM- omg. They all were able to get me the car I really wanted! If you are even thinking about buying a car, the team above is the one to contact. More

Customer service in their finance dept is nonexistent! Have called with questions pertaining to my service agreement everyday since August 24th and have received no call back. Paul Brown Sales Rep is absolutely incompetent for such a high end dealer this is not what I expected. Kevin took care of ordering and installing new tires for my vehicle. The pricing was better than what I could get at Costco or discount tire for custom wheels. Do not take your car there for repairs or maintenance. They will upsell you service you dont need at jacked up prices. I just paid $578 for a code scan and a brake fluid flush. Mike Reeves the Service Advisor thought he was going to make a big commission off me. I was first quoted $4000 to replace all 4 O2 sensors, i said no way it cost that much. Then he said oh I misquoted its $2000.. I reluctantly agreed but changed my mind after I got home and got better quotes. I called and cancelled and was told I could pick my car up in the afternoon. My car was returned covered in dirt and had been driven 23 miles after I left it there. My front tires were covered in brake dust and my rims are freshly scraped up. My ac was not blowing cold air anymore either. Terrible experience and I will never go back. Mike Reeves suddenly has new reviews posted on the company website stating he is a great Service Advisor, an asset to the company. Guilty behavior or coincidence? More
